Mrs. Manning

Mrs. Manning is a professional educator with a Masters degree in education. She has been an educator with Vancouver Public Schools for over 25 years. Mrs. Manning has had incredible experiences teaching children in multi-age classrooms and was awarded the Team Teacher Award for the state of Washington. Beyond equipping students with the tools to succeed for the future, she creates a classroom environment that allows students to feel safe, accepted and embraced for who they are. Known for creating her 'classrooms of kindness,' children leave Mrs. Manning's class with a deeper level of empathy, sense of humor and self-confidence. She is truly a one-of-a kind teacher!

Miss Claire

Miss Claire is an environmental educator with a Bachelors degree in Environmental Policy and Education. With over 6 years of experience in teaching and interpretation, Miss Claire is your go to guide for nature-based learning. While studying at Western Washington University, Miss Claire taught at a nature-based early learning center where she supplemented her natural gift for working with young children with concrete, valuable experiences. Miss Claire infuses empathy and kindness into every teachable moment with her students, allowing children to feel valued and accepted. Miss Claire believes that every child has a unique gift to offer the world and she will help to let that gift shine!
