OUR PROGRAM
Little Wing Nature School offers a nature-based preschool program for children ages 4 through 6. We have created a 'curriculum' distinguished by our commitment to nature immersion, flow learning, and authentic play. We believe in intentionally slowing down to promote mindfulness, kindness, social connection, and self-empowerment. We aim to stimulate children’s innate curiosity, foster compassion and empathy for the earth and all living beings, and allow space for emergent curriculum to unfold organically each day. Teachers’ roles are as guides; actively modeling engagement in nature by using inquiry-based teaching strategies, making observations, and documenting learning.
We are in session from September through mid June and closed for summer break in July and August.

Enrollment for Fall 2025-26 is currently closed.
If you'd like to be added to our early enrollment notification list, please send an email to littlewingnatureschool@gmail.com with your child's name and the month and year they turn 4. Once you are on our enrollment notification list you will be first to hear about any openings, open houses and enrollment time.
